Since we don’t have a crystal ball that tells us about each
client’s situation, our aim is to arm each potential client
with enough information to evaluate his/her situation and thus in
a position to provide pertinent information about his/her financial
situations to his/her tax accountant. In order word, empower you to

will apply to your situation. It is your responsibility to familiarize

Buy and sell statements relating to securities transactions.
Closing statements and other documentation regarding sale, purchase, or refinance of real property.
Schedules K-1 showing Income and deductions from partnerships, estates, trusts, or S corporations.
Notices from organizers of tax shelters showing registration numbers.
Any other tax-related documents not detailed on the following worksheets.
